HARRISBURG – State Rep. Kurt Masser (R-Columbia/Montour/Northumberland) and other Harrisburg lawmakers earlier this year adopted a stabilizing budget to fund the state government through the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic. After evaluating the ways the pandemic has affected state revenues, Masser and his colleagues in the state House today approved a bipartisan balanced budget that would fund state government through the end of the fiscal year in June without adding any new state debt, creating any new taxes or raising any existing taxes.
