Masser Partners with the Bucknell Small Business Development Center to Provide Local Business Startup Assistance
ELYSBURG – In an effort to bring services relating to small business development and growth to residents living the 107th District, Rep. Kurt Masser (R-Columbia/Montour/Northumberland), in collaboration with the Bucknell University Small Business Development Center (SBDC), has set up three dates this summer where current, or aspiring, entrepreneurs can visit the Elysburg office for free assistance.
Residents who are interested in starting a new business will receive one-on-one confidential consulting, free of charge. Typical business topics include how to start a business, financial analysis, hiring employees, bookkeeping, preparing a business plan, financial forecasting, and marketing strategies for growth.
All appointments will be made for one of these three dates at Masser’s Elysburg office, located at 467 Industrial Park Road:
• Tuesday, July 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Monday, Aug. 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
